Caney Fork and Scotts Gulf

Technical trails through a beautiful Tennessee landscape.

The 50 Mile and 25K courses travel through the Caney Fork and Scotts Gulf region, a landscape shaped by water, limestone, and time. The routes pass towering bluffs, broad overlooks, sinkholes, caves, deep forest, and waterfalls that disappear underground before reappearing downstream.

Both distances start and finish at Camp Latimer. Runners leave a lively race-day hub, move into remote and technical trail, then return to a finish-line celebration shared with crews, volunteers, and family.

Expect rocky and rooted trail, sustained climbs and descents, and remote stretches. The waterfalls, overlooks, and deep forest make the effort rewarding.
