The Iron Griddle Ultra 50K

31.1 miles with 5,175 feet of elevation gain, starting at 7:00 AM. Run the Red, White, and Blue loops counter clockwise for the first 15 miles, then flip it and reverse it for the second half. You will take the Belle Meade Boulevard steps not once but twice, climb Doom Hill on the back side of the Blue Loop, visit the Saddle Overlook, and drop to the Deep Well Trailhead before a triumphant finish on the Steeplechase grounds.

Aid stations at mile 3.75 (The Chimney), mile 7 (Deep Well), mile 10 (The Nature Center), mile 15 (Gaucho Road Trailhead), mile 20 (The Nature Center), mile 23 (Deep Well), mile 26 (water), and mile 27.5 (water and snacks).

The Hidden Owl Half

13.5 miles with over 2,400 feet of elevation gain, starting at 9:00 AM. The half combines the Red, White, and Blue loops counter clockwise, with a trip to the bottom of the Belle Meade stairs and back up at mile 4.4 and a half mile out and back on the Saddle Overlook Trail to the primitive cedar bench. Aid stations at The Chimney (mile 3) and The Nature Center (mile 9.2).

The Moss Monster Six

6 miles with 1,060 feet of elevation gain, starting at 9:30 AM. The six follows the Mossy Ridge Red Loop counter clockwise through the heart of the park, with a little twist through the Cross Country Grass Trail and the Hay Field Crossing near the end. One aid station at The Chimney near the halfway point.
