HardWin Adventures does not share or sell any personal information that is given to us.
We use the provided information only to send the participant information about HardWin Adventure events.

HardWin Adventues Refund Policy:

• A credit of 50% one month prior to registration
• Credit can be used on future races for up to one year
• To cancel please let us know by email that you will be unable to attend.

HardWin Adventures reserves the right to cancel or alter any event if deemed necessary for the safety of participants, and the community due to force majeure. HardWin Adventures does not accept the risk of cancelation for each event participant, because we must pay expenses even if it does not occur. Each participant that is registered for a HardWin Adventure event accepts the risk of possible cancelation for participant safety. Such cancelations include but are not limited to:

• Tornadoes
• Extreme heat
• Icy conditions
• Lightning
• Flooding
• Rain

All decisions will be made with your safety and desire to finish in mind
